About the Developers
We are a southern couple, an artist and both real estate developers, who love making things beautiful. We have three amazing young girls who inspired the name “Southern Manors,” due to their kind-hearted behavior. We dream of a place where families can enjoy open spaces near water but within the shelter of a supportive community. Part of our vision for Southern Manors is to create an environment idyllic enough for children and grand-children to want to visit, but close enough to several of Texas’ great universities and cities to allow children and grand-children the ability to leave without having to travel far to come home. The acreage we found near Fulshear, Texas on the Brazos River meets all of those objectives. From the moment we first stepped foot on what became Southern Manors property, we immediately wanted to share this gorgeous corner of Texas with others.
